Looking to get some apes, need cable advice

I've done some searching and my head is killing me, I can no longer look at this screen. I am looking for the cheapest route to take in purchasing longer cables, so I can change out my bars to some Zombie Performance bars on my vt750dc, in the range of 8in to 14in rise, will also be dropping risers to 2in. I have heard something about using ace cables, which I would like to do if possible, so i can just snag some from eeebs. Is there a certain ace that has longer cables, like the 1100? or does the 750 ace have longer cables than the vt750dc too? Can I just purchase 750ace cables, use 2in risers and throw on 12in rise apes?

If you had searched you would have seen my craigslist post in for sale thread. 2 different sets of of apes. One with hardware and cables.

As far as ace cables the model with the wide beach style bars would be my guess. 2003 ace 750 or 1100

I am not able to see the for sale section, and yes, I would like to go the route that costs the least amount of money. I've already routed the shit behind the triple clamp

No profile, no photos in your gallery, first post is not in the intro thread and you appear to be flipping off at Froggy for telling it like it is..... Straighten up or take a hike; your choice.

Well FYI I,ve been searching the forums and keep finding mixed advice, some say the ss has 8-10" play in cables, some say they do not because the drag bars are smaller than ace/aero beach bars. So excuse us for asking AGAIN!lol AND also '03 ace cables work perfectly for that CHEAP(quality is not measured on the $$ you IDIOTS I'll take honda quality over some aftermarket no name for several hundred thank you.)route, with plenty of play from probably 8" to 14 maybe even 16" rise, so heres a bit-o-real help from someone who tried the same but gave up and dove head first, , $30 over $300 for new lines any day!
