brock, sorry i just now seen your post. umm not sure where the diagram went to but its not hard to come up with. the machine shop used a 3in long piece of bar stock aluminum that was 1in x 1in. they channeled a groove out down thru the center of it 3/4 wide x 1/2in deep. just wide and deep enough for the piece of the caliper stay to slide into place nice & tight & not wiggle or move at all.

the newer 600 axles are larger in diameter then the SS & 900. so yes you will need the 900 brake bracket. i did the same thing when i did mine. jus traded it at a local shop for what i needed.

oh yea, WHAT FUCKING BIKE DIPSHIT!!!!! you have no fucking pics & you didnt even fill out your profile.
NO PICS = NO FUCKING BIKE!!!!!

CBR Swap

OK, so after buying the CBR rim last year, I finally got around to start the CBR swap. I painted the Rim Black with VHT high temp black paint and 3 coats of clear. Mounted a Metz 880 200/55/17 - couldn't find a 200/50 for a decent price. Still need to finish adding the brake stop, master cylinder and cut the front brake rod.
