Thnx for the heads up shadow walker. no 2 up riding here. the wife is super supportive of my riding but she wont get on that "death trap". I assume the burlys for the sporty would be ok for my 1100 as its ONLY solo riding. if not let me know, ill get a set for a dyna. just got email stating tax return will be here next week. then some more modding to be done. thanks again.

I think I'm going to back to my shocks. I almost crashed going on the highway 110km/h from an unexpected pothole. I can't imagine if I actually 2 up, she would've flew off.

Ya man, struts look good but that is where it ends. Has anybody tried the progressive 444 shocks? Any review would be awesome.

Potholes don't crash bikes with shocks? What the fuck do they have against us guys with struts anyway. I'm not taking this laying down, I'll write the governor, ya ya that's the ticket. I'll show those fucking potholes not to discriminate.

LOL
Once you're on the freeway/highway or coming onto or off the ramp, you're screwed on the turn once the wheel jumps and you're in that turn.

Struts are cool and rigid riding is pretty cool in the city, just not friendly with potholes at high speeds. If I had an extra bike, I'd put struts on it for just a bike to hang out, not to go for long distance.

I'd actually would love to trade my struts for lowering brackets for the aero/spirit.

Struts not for long distance riding? I guess someone should have told me this before riding cross country and back on my bike. If interested in reading the story search "Cross country ride" and enjoy.
