The vtx mag wheel will not work on our bikes because the vtx is shaft drive.

What do they mean all stems are TR type? Ours needs to come up and curve out. The guy I talked to says Bridgestone 170 which has the curved PV 78 stem.
What name brand really doesn't matter to me. Metz, Bridgestone, Wal-mart, I don't care as long as the stem works!!!

It says it fits a 170/80/15 to a 200/70/15 so any tube in that range should
be fine if it has the right valve.

..
You got the right rim and tire. The rim is a 15" and is 4.5" wide.
If you look on your factory rim it says the same as the VTX rim, but wider.
Factory rim says J 15m/CXMT 3.5.............VTX rim says J 15m/CXMT 4.5.
The tube needs to be a 170 or larger with the curved valve stem.
Cowboy had some good info. in the above threads. Check it out or see if your local stealer might know for sure which tube. Let us know how it turns out.

Got my tube for 15.00 at a local bike shop. I have been reading up on the relace and true of the wheel. I wonder if anyone here has done it.
