Wink 1984 Shadow VT750 custom build

Hi.

I would like to share with u guys my project that I started few weeks ago...

It's 1984 Honda Shadow vt750 with 34xxx kms that I picked up last year for 200$...

Previous owner told me that bike was sitting in garage for about 3 years...

The good -> After changing spark plugs, all fluids, cleaning gas tank, carbs + new

battery, bike started and works just fine.

The bad -> rust in every singe spot on the bike...

Here is the picture just before I started the project

So the plan for this project is

-> Disassemble bike on pieces
-> Fix rust on the frame
-> Rebuild engine, transmission, clutch, etc
-> New exhaust
-> New wiring
-> make new seat, rear fender, intake...
-> Paint everything
-> Remove everything that don't make u go fast or stop fast.

[End of part One]

P.s. I'll post pictures and summary of what was already done tonight :) :cool:

That thing is heavy....

Couple "bitch" bolts that hold engine to the frame...

Daddy bolt....one that holds rear wheel...took me 1 full day to get that thing out...
