I'll play nice, though it is rare. My name is SDPerkins, AKA Shawn. I live in southern Central Florida. I currently am in the middle of a build that is taking forever, it is a 94VLX, not much to say about it, because the design changes week to week.

For work I am an electronic custodian, or as some see it, manager of a one man IT team. I do everything from graphic design to SQL ******ing, essentially if it plugs into the wall, it is my responsibility at work.

For fun besides riding, I tattoo and am a gun enthusiast I will shoot anything, but prefer to Do a dynamic style tactical shooting. I am a proud father of 2, and faithful husband of an awesome wife, hell she puts up with my shit, she has to be awesome.

Well, I just used every ounce of nice I have, so fuck off and have a nice day.

My name is Ed and I currently live in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. I am, however, a native Floridian born and raised in Daytona Beach. I've been riding since I was 14, thats 45 years, you do the math. I spend every free moment riding or tinkering with my bike. I bought it new in 2010 as a left over. I've changed it around a bit to better suit my idea of what my bike should be. Honda built it, I'm making it mine.

When the kickstand is down I enjoy time spent with family and doing just about anything outdoors.

Not sure if I've ever properly introduced myself in here. Anyway, my name is Allen i'm 33 from Oklahoma and been riding most of my life. I'm a 3rd gen biker. Most of my family ride including my wife and 9 yo son. My uncle owns a motorcycle rider safety school here in OK that's MSF certified that I've had the privilege to help teach on occasion. I'm a locksmith at a local Air Force base and also play drums. Music and bikes are my life. Anyway, I hope to get to know you all more...

All right... here goes nothin'! My name is David, I'm 37 and I currently reside in Western North Carolina just south of Micaville near the base of Mt. Mitchell. I've got a wonderful wife and two great boys (almost 3 yrs and just turned 11mo). I've been in ranching all my life, and currently run a barn at the only dude ranch east of the Mississippi! I love to hunt (mostly elk, deer and bear), fish and camp. I've only been into motorcycles for about 3 year now, but I absolutely love it! Oh, and I'm a conservative gun-toting 2nd amendment supporting God-fearing Christian American who would die for God, family and country! Look forward to being a part of this forum and making some good friends along the way. And yes, I am a noob and proud of it.

Tampa Rider via Cincinnati

My name is Chris and I'm 35. I now live just south of Tampa, grew up in Cincinnati. Who-Dey... I love everything outdoors, anything with a motor and taking on different projects. Oh and my girlfriend of 5 yrs. Not necessarily in that order.

I bought my Spirit in 2005, brand new from Haps Cycle Sales in Sarasota, FL on 7/30/2005. I quickly started mod'ing it. Wish I would have found this site sooner, it really would have helped me. My mods include:

-Metzler 200mm rear tire
-Custom Chrome side mount license plate with LED light
-Cat eye tail lamp and turn signals
-Vance and Hines Straight Shots. I have two sets of baffles, loud and louder
-Thunder Mfg'ing Flame Tear drop air cleaner and adapter
-Custom Jet Kit installed and dyno'd for the best curves with the air cleaner and pipes
-Drag Speciality Drag bars and the wires run through the bars
-Kuryakyn: Control covers, Flame Grips and wide levers
-Custom painted tank with Cincinnati Bengals orange
-Mapam Forward Controls
-Demon Cycle Skull and Flames Mirrors

I feel like there's something I'm missing, but those are the major ones. I still would like to do a couple other things, but my attention and money have been distracted of late. Admittedly, I haven't been riding as much recently due to work, auto-crossing and building a Ford 302 5.0L Mazda Miata(the above mentioned distraction).

From what I can see already, this forum seems awesome

Hi, I am Greg. Born, raised and lived in Florida all my life until Sep 2009 when I was moved to DC for a year with Uncle Sugar and then here to Germany in Dec 2010. Retired Army Reserve Engineer after almost 30 years. Deployed to Kuwait in Nov 2001, Iraq Apr 2003 and again in Sep 2008.

Bought my SS750 in May 2006 after almost a 35 year break from riding. Begin adding a few this's and that's while reading this and The Spirit World forum. Made the HD wheel swap, light replacements, forward controls and exhaust in 2010. I've riden in FL, NC, VA, MD, PA, WV, and DC. Since being in Germany I have riden in Germany, France, Switzerland (across the Swiss Alps), Italy, Austria. Plan to hit quite a few more countries before I leave Europe. So far over 30,000 miles on the clock. Hope to meet up one year at the Dragon with most of the folks here.

I've been married for over 29 years, have 2 kids, 2 grandkids with a third in oven.

l love beer. I've drank beer in all the places I've riden as well as Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Kosovo, Armenia, Albania, Liberia, Togo, and Ghana.

I'll shut now and go ride!
