Swapped the billksi cat-eye for a lower profile led tail light.

First post in a while. This past weekend I removed the billski cat-eye tail light license plate combo and opted for a side mount plate and lower profile led light in an attempt to finally put that scoot works lowering kit on. Still not enough clearance with the shorter harley shocks I'm running, but I like the look of the light.

Looks good. How low are you going with both shorter shocks and lowering brackets? Do you still have the original subframe under the fender? I thought my Spirit was about as low as you could get with short sportster shocks.

Thanks!

I was hoping to drop the additional 1.5" with the brackets, but it's not going to happen unless I move the tail/brake out from under the fender. I still have my sub-frame, but that doesn't appear to be the problem. The issue I'm having is with the tail light(s) rubbing/hitting. I could move it to the side, but I feel like it's more visible closer the stock location. I'll probably give in and move it eventually.
