I'm glad I read this! This will be a way cheaper route than progressive's. That's the reason I chose struts in the first place, until now! I'm gonna order a black set. They look solid!

I was meaning the gouge in the tire.The tire i tell ya!!!!!!!!!!lol.I like them but when you tighten them up for two up hang on when riding solo!!!!!!!!!!

I should be good then! I have a wife that is scared to death of motorcycles, but loves me enough to support my addiction and "solo operation"

Might have to get me some Burly's. I have progressives now but they were only 11.5" drop chrome ones and I then added 1.5" drop brackets as well. I got a good deal on the progressives ($150 factory seconds... I can see the blemish) but I would rather do just the Burlys in black and get rid of the brackets. Shoot... I can probably break even if I sell my progressives and drop brackets!
