the grey parts came from paintshop- now honda red pearl



mounting the parts step by step











have to upholster the seat now

Made the seat today and mirrors, fixed electric...ready for ridin'









now waiting for the paintjob of the other bike- in black

meanwhile in the shop- some other metal work







one side ready







a new member in the shop ( ok i know spiders have 8 legs )



and a roadstar 1100



special swingarm for the 8" rim with 240

last night i painted the spiderwebdoor with black ....

and then there was bit time left- so i painted our logos to one wall....



and still time left this night- so i took my old cb 650 and got rid of the big turn signals and rear light, cut the rear fender...



made a longer clutch cable for the old t-bar handlebar



now i need a smaller seat and lower shocks



maybe end here then...



we will see.....

...and...ok -still the night was long...started with the ironhorse sporty tank...

this was as the bike came in



the new tank should have a more rounded shape at the bottom like this



so made some days before the new tunnel



and cut a king sporty tank in two parts







after that i switched to the 1100 roadstar again and mounted the fender, made a cover between seat and fender...



built a coverplate for the frame under the seat and made a small seatpan



cause the tire and rim is over 1" off to the right side- i now try to cover that mismatch beetwenn tank/seat and rearfender/tire....not easy to do...
