my old Honda needs a new seat-after chopping the big rear lights



my wife made a new upholstery



now looks better



the Royalstar seatpan is ready and stretch made

made the last days a fender for my bike....





i didnt like the fender line from this fendertype-in pic below





so i started from scratch with this



then



made the scoops..



and now have to think about, how to make a small but comfortable seat...

started with one seat today...



made the side parts



and bended the rear part



danach gehts an den Stretch

the roadstar tank stretch started with a piece of cardboard, the bottom line should be more rounded than top



first piece of 1,2mm steel



rolled the sideparts



spot welded an bottom shaped in round line



welded everything with mig/mag



seat upholstery will be made later - this is only first layer for the stretch shape

today i did the rest upholstery and shaping of the seat







and started to grind the welded handlebars...

Looks great! I'm looking forward to the next set of pics. Ill be in Braunschweig the third week of November, wish I had time for the trip to Heidelberg to see your work in person. I'll try to tack an extra day into my next DE trip.
