Ok so updates.

No damaged intake boot, all clips and such working properly. No damaged diaphragm, no pin holes. No clogged jets.

So I put the stage three jet kit on her and I figured I'd wrap the pipes while I was at it.

I've been riding her every day since last Saturday when I got it put back together and she did real well except up near about 80mpg I'd feel a slight, occasional hesitation but not every time. This evening though, she acted like she was running out of gas at 80mpg. I brought her down and let her "catch up" and get Herr breath so to speak and just stayed at speed limit.

I'll check the hoses and all tomorrow and make sure everything is still seated. I mentioned changing out the air filter and my son suggested that I take a spray bottle of gas and clean/let dry it first because it may not be the air filter.

I'm a little miffed. I was ready to go to. Ugh.

A. You are losing your fuel pump... Which you can gravity feed.

B. Your diaphragms aren't being seated properly when installed which imitates a torn diaphragm.

Are your pipes chopped? Reason i asked was you mentioned wrapping them and most don't wrap unless it's chopped pipes....if that's the case then that could very well be what's going on, if your chopped and don't have baffles it will act like your saying your bikes acting, solution would be to add lolipops.
