Effects at higher speeds...??? If you feel like you are losing power you can add some lollipops (search) and help reduce loss of back pressure.

Sorry, did not do any major picture taking of making the exhaust, but it is pretty "cut and dry" (pun intended), all you have to do is cut the giant tube off and then weld or use self tapping screws to attach the exhaust tips and wrap the pipes. Ain't nothin to it but to do it.

The A/F screw, did you dial it in or out?

I'm testing some choices here and I get a lot BacK fires and exhaust pops on decel, the fuel isn't ignighting in the chamber, it's ignighting in the pipe.

I did the exhaust Mods too and was never happy with the sound or the way my bike ran. So I bought Vance & Hines cruizers then unwrapped the baffles and reinstalled the baffles and the bike sounds awesome.

I added some lollipops to them and it made all the difference. But for now my shop needs the space for making money so the pipes got shelved and the stocks are back on the ace.

Winter project #39 I guess

If you have stock ACE exhaust you can cut the big can off, weld/screw on exhaust tips and wrap the exhaust. If you have stock intake I have done this and did not have to rejet, minor a/f adjustment was fine. Exhaust sounds great and in my opinion looks great.

Nice job I'd like to experiment and try the same thing only with longer extensions to get the long shot look.
