Here's my attempt at some custom pipes. Still have to finish grinding a few welds and tweaking the fitment a bit but it's coming along

Oh yeah I fabled up a set of bolt in baffles also and sorry for the big ass picture

thanks Ravee and Dr.palio, seems I should not play on the exhaust or header modification thing, as it seems more complex then it looks.
is there anyway where we may clean our catalytic converter so that if any blockage those may open up ? is it recommended too?

Bald eagle, I'm sure there are differing opinions about exhaust length (and having them even), but what is YOUR personal opinion on it? I think on a high performance motor where everything is being pushed to its limit, header length and being even between the different cylinders is valuable. I think on these little 600 cc motors pushing under 40 hp, it doesn't really matter.
I am going to build a setup that maybe 18 to 24 inches on one cylinder about maybe 3 feet on the other.
